Fonbee accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and COD for payments.

SHIPPING

Fonbee offers to ship to cities all over India.

Customers usually receive their orders within 7-8 working days. The customer is responsible for any import duty that may be levied upon their order.

If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases.

RETURNS

Fonbee offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at help@therbventures.in within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. Fonbee will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.

We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.

Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.

What are the conditions for Replacement Or Refund?

To be eligible for free replacement, return, refund of any item – buyer must produce an authenticated unboxing video which can support buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video.

Free replacements or refund can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on Fonbee.in
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly. (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

If Fonbee is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will be contacted, and on the customer's request a refund shall be initiated. Accordingly, the customer will be automatically refunded to its original payment method within 10 working days depending on the payment method used by the customer. Please note that it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
